Dr Katy Briffa

Dr. Katy has been an absolute lifeline during one of the most traumatic and difficult experiences of my life. Her unwavering support, compassion, and empathy have been pivotal in my journey. From our very first session, I was struck by her calming and non-judgemental demeanour, which immediately made me feel at ease and safe - something that is crucial when navigating the complexities of mental health.

 

What stands out most about Dr. Katy was her deep ability to listen and truly see me, not just my struggles. I always felt heard, understood, and validated. She is incredibly psychologically minded, and together we explored past traumas and how they continue to shape my present experiences and symptoms.
